Building A Custom Home

Wondering what's involved in building your dream home?
Memarchi Green Homes will guide you through the process and make the experience of building your custom home as enjoyable as living in it. The following are the major steps in the process:

1. Location

The first step to building your dream home is choosing the perfect location. You may already own your land or you may ask us to help you select a lot that is just right for you.

2. Design

Once your location has been selected, we will work with you to create a custom home design that is tailored to suit your lifestyle. We will discuss each and every element of your dream home to create a design that is everything you want it to be.

3. Budgeting

Once the design has been completed, we will help you personalize your custom home by selecting the right interior finishes and other specifications that compliment your personal style and tastes. With this information, we are able to provide you pricing for your new home. This price will not change unless you decide to make modifications.

4. Construction

Once the right specifications are made, the interior finishes have been selected and pricing is complete, a contract is signed to begin construction. During this time, we will maintain regular contact with you to ensure every detail you envisioned is carried out to your complete satisfaction.

5. Possession

The length of the construction stage will vary depending on the size, location and complexity of each home. However, most homes will be completed within 6 - 12 months from the time construction begins.

6. Warranty Service

We are a registered builder with Tarion Warranty, which provides added security and protection for our clients. Your warranty coverage with Memarchi Green Homes and Tarion begins on the date of possession listed on your Certificate of Completion and Possession from Tarion. Read More...
